MODEL MFRO – OVEN WITH ROTARY TOP

Rotating oven with a refractory base and brick dome, digital touchscreen controls, and a maximum cooking temperature of 550°. Available with three different fuel options: wood-only, gas-only, and hybrid (gas and wood).

In the gas-only or hybrid versions, it is equipped with a 34 kW Drago Six burner with adjustable intensity, controlled by a digital controller and automatic temperature control, ensuring high performance and extremely low consumption.
