From concept to creation, from tradition to innovation; this is how the Neapolitan electric oven comes to life at Manna Forni. The Masaniello MFE6 features armored heating elements with independent temperature control for the top and bottom, various on/off settings, and remote operation via Wi-Fi (optional). It can reach a maximum temperature of 550° with the oven open, ensuring optimal results and high cooking standards.

It is available in a single model for 6 pizzas and in two versions: Cupola or Vulcano.
It features digital controls, a latest-generation touchscreen, and a Low Energy system for sustainable energy savings.

The perfect balance between old and new, the Masaniello MFE6 was designed to achieve results worthy of authentic Neapolitan pizza, with cooking parameters such as an average temperature of 420°C, 25% floor heating-element power and 75% top heating-element power.
